We have do a lot of business with Israeli. One of them main business is making custom insoles and need a large number of PP 3/4 insoles. After he check our samples quality he felt good and make a trial order with us.
Then he placed a big order to us — more than 10k insoles and open 50 molds. We started production immediately and hope they will delivery asap.
In the process of the mass production, we have sent some production samples for him to check the insoles shape and quality. He have give us some requirements of insoles and hope we can change it. Although that means we need to modified the molds — even need to open new molds — we accepted his requirements and changed the molds accordingly without extra charges.
He is very satisfied with our products and services, and now we have made a long term business with him.
