Customer trust comes from the quality of our products

This is a Korean customer who have been contact us for more than half a year. He is a careful person with a strong sense of time. With the China new year coming, our factory have a lot things to do and a lot of samples were out of stock so we couldn’t send the samples to him on time. Although we have explained to him and apologized to him, he is still very angry. He did a very bad review to us and said ”Do not contact me. I am very disappointed with your goods and your service.”

When we return to the office, the first thing we did was to prepare the corresponding samples and sent to him for free and expressed our desire for cooperation. He was persuaded by the quality of our products, and decided to place a long-term regular order to us.

From then on, we started a good cooperative relationship with him.
